About
Shamsiya Mohammadi is an experienced Australian migration lawyer focusing on visa refusals, visa cancellations, visa appeals, employer-sponsored visas and protection visas. She has several years of experience in the migration industry.
Before joining Work Visa Lawyers, she worked as a Migration Lawyer in Melbourne and as a Journalist for the ABC. Shamsiya has spent a lot of time volunteering at the Australian Refugee Association and Welcoming Australia to help migrant and refugee communities.
Because of this, she understands the real challenges migrants face and works hard to make the legal process easier for them.
